| Virtually unknown entering the summer of 2002, Farmar burst onto the scene with a series of outstanding performances in July, leading his Double Pump All-Star team to the championship in the Best of Summer tournament. Farmar is that rare point guard who is both an outstanding scorer as well as distributor of the basketball. He's got great range on his jump-shot. A good, not great, athlete, Farmar has an excellent understanding of the point guard position. He ranks among the top 2-3 point guards on the West Coast. |
