Recorded four perfect 30-0 seasons with UCLA

Compiled a record of 149-2 at Pauley Pavilion

Named NCAA Coach of the Year 6 times (1964, 1967, 1969, 1970, 1972, 1973)

Named Sporting News Sports Man of the Year in 1970 and Sports Illustrated Sports Man of the Year in 1973

The NCAA Player of the Year receives the Wooden Award, named in his honor
