Cornish's Performance Overshadowed

Jon Cornish stood at the front of the Kansas football media room Saturday evening, bright and well-spoken, as always, in a white dress shirt and dark slacks as a mob of reporters surrounded freshman quarterback Todd Reesing on the other side of the room.

Jon Cornish willingly talked to a small group of reporters, even though he’s usually the one surrounded by cameras and microphones. Granted, Reesing had ignited a 20-15 comeback Kansas win over Colorado, but somehow it just didn’t seem right.
