National Signing Day may be in the rearview mirror, but the Kansas Jayhawks are still scouring the country for quality prospects with which to fill their Class of 2012. Sunday they added another, when Birmingham (MI) Seaholm defensive end Neal Page gave his pledge to Head Coach Charlie Weis and Co.

Phog.net confirmed the commitment with Neal Page early Sunday afternoon, as he was preparing to board a flight back home.

With offers in the can from Akron and Illinois State, the 6-foot-5, 215-pound rush end saw his recruitment spike in recent weeks, as a number of BCS schools came calling - including Kansas and Illinois.

The Jayhawks pulled the trigger on an offer Feb. 10, and Page quickly scheduled an official visit for this weekend.

Check back with Phog.net tonight, as we will have a full interview with the athletic end prospect this evening, upon his return home.
