Perhaps their primary target is City College of San Francisco signal caller Turner Baty. As a redshirt freshman in 2011, Baty completed 200 of 317 pass attempts for the Scout.com Junior College national champions, throwing for 2,796 yards and 30 touchdowns - all to just five interceptions.
Last weekend, Baty took an official visit to Lawrence, Kan. and the University of Kansas. And while the 6-foot-3, 220-pound quarterback isn't doing interviews to discuss recruiting, he did inform Scout.com the visit went exceedingly well.
Baty indicated he would let the media know when he was ready to make his decision public, so stay tuned to Scout.com for more on the recruitment of one of the top junior college quarterbacks in the country as National Signing Day approaches.
